If a product offered by Coastal Motorhomes & Caravans itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

By visiting Coastal Motorhomes & Caravans, you agree that the laws of New Zealand, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Coastal Motorhomes & Caravans or its associates.

Please review our other policies, such as our ‘Payment & Delivery’, ‘Warranty’ and ‘Returns’ policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Coastal Motorhomes & Caravans. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. Our terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Payment & Delivery Information

Processing & Dispatch
Once payment is received your order will usually be dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday) however it may occasionally be the next working day. We don't always have all products in stock. In this case, the product will be sent to you directly from our supplier.

Payment is made via our on-line payment methods and is safe & secure.

The anticipated delivery time will be within 1-4 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock or back ordered, which in this case you will be notified as soon as possible. Please Note: Rural, long haul and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

Delivery regions
Delivery can be made almost anywhere in the North Island, South Island, Stewart Island and Waiheke Island. For other New Zealand islands (Chatham, Great Barrier etc.) We can deliver to a mainland ferry terminal or directly to your shipping agent. We do not send orders overseas.

Delivery Charges
The freight charge is automatically calculated and displayed when you add a product to your shopping cart.

We offer FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $400 value when ordered thru our website.

If the delivery address is outside the North and South Islands (eg. Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart Islands), please contact us for a freight quote. Our automated online freight quote only applies to North & South Islands.

We may need to charge extra for rural delivery.

Please note - We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Damaged Items
Your order is insured against damage and loss-in-transit providing you follow a few simple guidelines.
•    By signing for the parcel you are saying it has been received in good order.
•    Do not sign for your parcel until you have thoroughly inspected it and can see it is in good condition.
•    If you have any concerns, if there is visible damage to the outer packaging or something is damaged, you must note this on the paperwork.
•    If you are unsure or do not have time to fully inspect the parcel, you should sign “Subject To Inspection”
•    If there is any damage you need to notify us within 24 hours to qualify for an insurance claim. Do not discard any of the box,       shipping label, packing material, or broken items. The delivery company will need to pick up the damaged goods. We are unable to send a replacement until this stage has been reached.

Tracking
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time (as above), please contact us and we will track it for you.

Warranty, Returns & Price Match guarantee

Warranty
All products come with a full manufacturers/distributor warranty (unless otherwise stated). Please Note: You must have the original invoice/receipt as proof of your purchase.
In the event of a warranty issue, it is very important that you please CONTACT US FIRST. You need to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem. We'll work closely with our supplier to provide a professional and speedy resolution. We cannot reimburse you if you bypass us and then send us a bill after repair work has been done.
Once the goods have been inspected, the judgment of our supplier or service agent is considered correct and final. If the defect is not a warranty issue or due to improper installation (or misuse), the warranty will be declined and the buyer may be liable to pay for any expenses incurred during the claim process.

Should the product be determined to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Should a replacement product be unavailable, we will credit the original purchase price of the product.
We’ll always try use a local service agent to fix the fault however sometimes this is not always possible. The buyer may be required to send the item back to us or our service agent in a fully packaged condition. Shipping is not covered under the warranty.
Our liability of any defect in (or failure of) the goods supplied, or for any loss, injury, or damage, is limited to the replacement of the goods or repair of the defects. We are not liable for consequential, indirect or special damages or loss of profits under any circumstances.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, inappropriate or improper operation, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, modification or adjustment of the item.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our success, so every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 10 days to return it for a credit. 
Return Requirements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first either by phone or email. We will be happy to accept a return within 10 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and returned to us in original condition and packaging.
Credit / Refund details
Return of the item will be at your cost except in event of Coastal Motorhomes & Caravans error. Once the item has been received we will offer a full credit. If the item was initially sent to you with Free Delivery, then the actual delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. If you would like the payment refunded to your credit card or bank account a 10% restocking fee may apply.

Price Match Guarantee
We know it is possible to occasionally find a product cheaper elsewhere so we have developed a price match policy to give you confidence when shopping with us at Coastal Motorhomes & Caravans.
Conditions:
Competitor must be New Zealand based and their catalogue/website must be current and available for us to view. Product must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s store at the time of the price match, and excludes commercial quantities, trade pricing or products bought for resale. Product must be the identical model in its original packaging, and a standard stocked item.
We do not price match liquidations or sell-outs. Verbal and written quotes no not accepted. If our pricing includes delivery then so should the price we are matching. This offer is not available retrospectively and can be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
